The nebula is nice, only I just noticed that the gas giant is behind that planet on the right and it's funny cuz gas giants are so huge XD. Another thing, it's about the light source and i think it should be moar contrasted.

Space is mad huge, why should planets be near nebula , that's in general :D

well, what i mean was, that for example u cant make with hubble a photo that shows a nebula with a planet in front. or a galaxy with a planet in front... again, as far i know :D but i dont believe in something other until i see a hubble pic with nebula and planet in front :P

Looool, you don't seem you have watched Transformers 2 cuz there was a scene of outer space that has nebula and planets! so if that's a movie ofc there's no messing around :D

lol sure a michael bay movie :D

"we start by making a CG building and then we have a Meteor goes crush, and its all like crouussshhh, and motorcycles bursting in flame while they jumping over that helicopter"

"no no, we need ideas"

"an 18 wheeler spins out of control and its all like crouusshhhh"

"those arent ideas those are special effects"

"i dont understand the difference"

"yes we know you dont"

and i saw transformers, but thats a movie... its just not nice to have a planet with just a black background :D and a michael bay movie needs all FX that are possible xD

damn it ! i wrote this whole shit and then there is a video from this scene on youtube xD check it out, i cut my version a bit ^^ [link]

The planet and the ringed gas-giant on the upper right-hand corner seem odd. I don't know, the larger planet appears closer to the screen than the gas planet, it may have looked a bit better if the rings were cut off behind the larger planet.

Other than that, I think the whole piece looks perfect, great work!

i know its unrealistic etc, but i like it unreal :D
but i changed it to compare and put the ring behind the big planet, but i was to lazy to load it up :D
thanks for your comment :)

Very good! Here the nebulae look exceptional, kind of like the real deal. I like how you've made those dark nebulae resemble the gonads of an... ehh... what's it called... Ohrenqualle. Couldn't come up with the English name. XD But it's just what I always pictured myself nebulae to look like: rather organic. So yeah, I like this a lot. :)

well dont know the word ohrenqualle xD but thanks for the comment :D i think i need to do more nebulas with the technique i used on this one, means use only brushes and no apophysis or cloud nebulas..

Ohrenqualle is some sort of jellyfish common here in the Baltic Sea. I think there's a Wikipedia article about it.
